How long does a repair take?

For urgent requests we offer an express (immediate) repair service. Standard repairs take 1 to 2 working days, depending on the fault and parts availability. We confirm the time after inspection.

How do I know the repair cost?

We inspect the device and send you the diagnosis and a quotation before starting. We only repair after your approval.

I'm outside Riyadh. Can you still help?

Yes. We receive devices by shipping from any city in Saudi Arabia and return them after repair and testing.
